Project Namaste VI helped empower Pragatishil Primary School by conducting a tailored English program for the teachers, aimed at improving their fluency with conversational English. Building on the experience of Project Namaste V where we first implemented teachers’ training, the team focused on introducing audio-visual English resources to enable a more effective and long-term transference of English-learning skills. We also organized a reading program for the students to inculcate a habit for reading English books.

Besides our primary focus on education, we supported improvements to the school’s infrastructure such as upgrading their sanitation facilities and the implementation of information communication technology (ICT).
